Great app. I highly recommend it. Things that could be improved - skipping the intro of the meditations (my favourite one starts by saying "we're halfway through the week"), being able to make a playlist (back to back meditations for sleep could help us not look at our phone every 10 minutes)
downloaded headspace because I've been trapped in Internet negativity and struggling with trying to be a good person in scary times. I started ranting to the ai about how much I hate ai and how the ai assistant won't be helpful for my anxiety and self image.. The ai assistant told me to end the conversation if it was making me anxious. I really respect this app for training the ai assistant to not be greedy by convincing people to use their feature. I can tell they care about helping us
The app is exactly what I needed, and was looking for! I'm having problems opening the downloaded app tho. When I press on the icon for it I often get three dashes at the bottom of a totally white screen. It goes no where. totally frustrating.!! After uninstall and reinstall I am still unable to listen to the series re: stress and anxiety... CAUSING more stress and anxiety!

honestly Headspace has been a game changer for me. I felt lost and alone. ive used Headspace every day now for about a month and I feel so much more at peace. I have a long way to go, but instead of terror at the prospect, I feel encouraged and excites. the mind is a magical and powerful thing
