Flightradar24: Flight Tracker

This app is great, tracking flights is a nice way to pass time, especially in airports (don't worry, airport Wi-Fi, airplane mode). The logged out version is highly limited, so make at least a free account. It DOES have pop up ads, but that's easily solvable by close-out and reopen. Also, the JetBlue E190 3D view is very goofy.

Really like this app works well on my phone and my ipad I've had other plane tracking apps but they wouldn't always work properly and would sometimes cut out or would cause my phone to over heat ive used this app for a few years and I'm still very happy with it

a brilliant app which is intuitive to use. Great when used with an air band scanner too. I paid to upgrade to silver level and I think it was worth it and good value for the money. Shame gold was much more expensive otherwise I would have gone for that. I like the customisable labels that silver provides. Allows you to tailor aircraft info displayed. Call sign display is useful for identifying which aircraft is on comms. I am not a plane spotter but this is geekily interesting.

Must have app for air travellers. Have just used it to monitor (accurately) the departure of a flight delayed over two hours due to controllers strike. No useful information from the airport website so without Flightradar I wouldn't have a clue what was happening to our friends!!!

If you have any interest at all or simply need info on your flight this is a great source of information and very useful to have on your mobile. An ideal way to keep track of flight timings and changes when booking a flight, and travelling to the airport, if you are picking up friends or relatives very accurate on flight arrival times and changes.
