** update ** maybe it took some time for the points to show up and get my location because it shows everything now. Haven't tried ordering anything yet but so far, so good completely unusable. I would love to know how many points I have and use them but every store I choose says it's closed, even though it isn't. I was literally sitting inside one when I checked the app.

I love firehouse subs.everytime I am anywhere in Salem I make a Bee line to FH. they are always very friendly and remember your name. it's neat and clean. I wish we had one in Dallas.

The Employee's today didn't know what they where doing.I tried to give them my Reward Points and with aline of people they didn't know how to do it.But they finally got it.I love my FireHouse.
