Feedly: News Aggregator

I keep coming back to Feedly despite what all the other readers claim. Not changing again. UPDATE: I'm still using this app daily, but in the last 2 weeks, it seems to be hanging up after I read an article and then return to my list. If I minimize the app and then bring it back to full screen, it works again until the next article. It's annoying, but not enough to quit the app

It's a great app. I'm subscribed to a hundred rss feeds and several have overlap in content, feedly makes it easy to scroll right through things and automatically mark them as read while I go along.

Feedly lets me easily create a "custom newspaper" by adding news feeds from anywhere, including substacks and paid sources. I can categorize them as I choose, and it curates top articles from those sources. The interface is simple and straightforward, making it easy to quickly scan headlines, mark to-reads for later, and come back to a fresh batch of relevant headlines. No garbage, no stale feeds of the same articles I've seen all day. Highly recommend.

I don't often rate apps, but I am a long time feedly user, and it has been a rock solid app and website since day one. I cannot recommend it enough as a news reader.

The free version is great, the only thing I'd change is adding custom filters to automatically hide things I'm not interested in.
