I love the app, the problem is that FedEx drivers actually place a package in the package container as instructed in the app, or on the back porch, however some of their partners IE gofo do not. and, they also do not work in conjunction with FedEx to give a call after delivery. this makes it hard on me to find out where my package is, or when it was delivered. especially if it gets stolen

Works well & is quite useful, especially that you can be specific about your deliveries. Helping the driver by eliminating any guesswork. Tracking & status as well... A+
loving the app to know that your packages are safe an the updates to know where your package is going to be there when your gone. or specific instructions for them to do
