I love the app, the problem is that FedEx drivers actually place a package in the package container as instructed in the app, or on the back porch, however some of their partners IE gofo do not. and, they also do not work in conjunction with FedEx to give a call after delivery. this makes it hard on me to find out where my package is, or when it was delivered. especially if it gets stolen

Tracking of packages is what I like about this app. I have had misplaced packages in my Apt. complex, but I have a picture and have been able to track them down; thank goodness!
my medicine which is chilled and extremely expensive has been delivered to the wrong address and signed for by a stranger named B PEARL !! I am so upset I cannot even calm down much less sleep tonight
He knock on the door and waited until I opened. He was polite and well mannered. He was willing to helped me bring my box inside my house.
