It's very easy to use especially if you don't skip the tutorial following your sign up! The only downside is that you'll find some of the teachers NEVER respond...which can be frustrating, especially if you're trying to find out how to fo about makeup work or extra credit to help bring a struggling students grade up. You can definately tell which ones are more caring and involved in your child's education and who really could care less...but that's not the apps fault🤷♀️🤦♀️

This works well. I like that I can connect the other other parent in my household to the messages so we both see each message or announcement coming in
I had issues at first. Then I finally figured out that my phone was blocking the app domain access. There is a phone setting (for Android 13 Samsung One UI 5.1): Settings -> Connections -> More connection settings -> Private DNS - should be set to automatic
