Detailed Review

Evil Tower - Idle Defense TD occupies a unique space in the mobile strategy landscape by blending traditional tower defense with idle progression systems. Developed by Aurecas Games, the title has cultivated a dedicated following through consistent updates and player-friendly design choices. Unlike many free-to-play titles that prioritize engagement metrics over enjoyment, this game demonstrates how to implement optional monetization without compromising core gameplay. The core loop involves ascending through increasingly challenging floors while deploying towers from three distinct factions: humans, goblins/dwarves, and elves. Strategic depth comes from tower combinations and power-up selections that appear every ten floors. Players manage resources to upgrade defenses while the idle system continues progression during offline periods. The resurrection mechanic using gems provides recovery options after defeat, though some players note the random tower selection can occasionally create unbalanced runs when new options don't synergize with existing defenses. In practical use, the game accommodates both active play sessions and casual checking. The ability to run other apps like YouTube in a small window while playing addresses common multitasking needs. Interface design remains clean despite the visual chaos of later floors, though the ad prompt after boss fights does interrupt gameplay flow. The permanent ad removal purchase at approximately $20 receives consistent praise for its fair pricing and comprehensive coverage, eliminating ads for coins, revives, and other bonuses. User feedback consistently highlights several trends. The development team receives accolades for responsive support and regular updates that refine balance and add content. Recent changes to spells and the introduction of dodge mechanics in stage 3 have been particularly well-received. Some veteran players express frustration with the mandatory ad prompts every ten floors during late-game climbs past floor 270, suggesting optional implementation would improve the experience. The randomness in tower selection presents both replay value and occasional frustration when offered options don't complement existing defenses. Overall, Evil Tower succeeds as a polished tower defense title that respects player investment. The fair ad implementation and meaningful permanent upgrades set it apart from more aggressive free-to-play models. While the late-game interruption issue and occasional unbalanced tower options present minor drawbacks, the consistent quality updates and engaging core gameplay make it easy to recommend to strategy enthusiasts seeking substantial mobile entertainment.

the game is great, and I like to repeat it's climbing, but I would like to give you a few suggestions to consider: now I often climb to 270(+-) flor, and it starts to take plenty of time to get there every time. after every boss, there is this icon that pops up with the suggestion to watch ads for coins.it is fine, but it stops the game process, and I have to manually proceed the game every 10 flors. it is frustrating. please, do this thing optional or something. for late game it is not convenient

Honestly my dudes. great game to pass the time. they don't FORCE ads on you. and when you leave the game while in progress it saves your stuff. and Honestly 20 bucks for a lifetime of no ads is a sweet deal for a game that actually plays like it's marketed to play like

Now finally I can give a good review . with this new update you made the game as it should. a bit hard but fair. many combinations to make the replayability more fun. is not boring and is very balanced. very huge fan of the balance and all the power ups. also the mechanic for the stage 3 with the dodge is very interesting. I also like the reworked spells and their effects. Now that's how it should have been. keep it like that don't go back. keep improving and making more fun for us players.

Fun and addictive little game. Suggestion - when presenting an option to get new towers/defences, always include 1 that player already has. It is too much RNG and will completly ruin your run if you are presented 3 new towers/defences that don't work with what you already have. P.S. paid ad removal from free resurection or coins is totally worth the price of one beer in a cheap bar.

the first game I've played that you can easily play YouTube on the small window and silence ads easily and skip them. hands down a great defense game that doesn't push micro transactions and can progress through the game.
