usually very useful and very straightforward and easy to navigate. but in this past few days it simply won't display my account or balance or anything. sign in is fine. location is fine. but then no card info or balance. just a blank space. help? ok wait! never mind. a quick UNINSTALL/INSTALL and the app is working correctly and displaying all information for now. so back to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've had no issues with it at all, unlike the lame Propel app that never worked. My card has been skimmed three times over the last year- twice in the last three months alone! $600 each time before I learned about the "Freeze/Unfreeze" function in the app. Now I keep the card frozen until I hit checkout, then I unfreeze, pay, then I immediately freeze it back up again. That function is so cool. Nobody can use the card. Even if they get the number they can't use it. I love it! So easy! (Ca.)

anyone who has ever had their money stolen should have this. you can freeze and unfreeze at the time of purchase and refreeze again afterwards immediately. that way those slimeballs can't get what little bit of money you get. these are difficult times and we need all the help that we can get.
