5 star rating for excellent content and the important service it provides for a fair annual price point. HOWEVER there are issues that should be fixed with this app: * Listen screen needs skip track buttons (right now they only rewind and forward). This would be a big quality of life upgrade for those of us who listen to chapters on repeat. * Downloads screen needs to be easy to load without internet. *Verses are often spliced at the wrong spot. It can be jarring on verse reflection.

I love this app, but suddenly the "music" is too loud. I have to turn it off every time I listen. Did months it was set to 7 and now it's louder than the narrator on level 1. Any idea on how to fix this? Update: Bug is fixed 🙌🏼 thank you
