I recently had an incident where someone got my card number and made fraudulent purchases. I called customer support and got everything taken care of INCLUDING refunding me the money! Also PSA: I did not have auto-reload enabled which considerably limited the damage they were able to do.

I rarely have a problem with this app. Thank you for making it work consistently. My one solitary gripe (I won't even give the app 4 stars because of it) is there's no obvious way to turn off low balance notification emails / a way to manage email notification. I've submitted a help request email.

changed back to five stars even though I'm mad that they took away my extra ice feature in the macchiato. the employees said it's normally supposed to be made with a lot of ice. the one big thing this app needs is a cancel order feature

The store manager afican American guy, is very friendly when he's there everything is operating smoothly. cashier is so polite and friendly. I love this location they make you feel very appreciated.
