Good shopping experiences, not so great complaint experience regarding 1 store. it's a long drawn out process, sharing the same videos and links each time. I got scammed and there's still no resolution despite it being about 9 days since opening the dispute. aside from that one issue and the length it takes to deal with it, all other experiences have been wonderful.

my last order arrived damaged, this the first time in years, waiting to see how they handle this, besides that very great place to buy merchandise from fast friendly service shipping is shipping you're going to have incidents now then but great place overall I highly recommend them

Been a customer since 2018 some orders take up to 4 weeks but most comes within 1 to 2 weeks and it be worth it just read the reviews on the order and look at the review pics before ordering and u can ask the seller questions before purchase

It so convenient to use the app. I am in south Africa yet I can shop from overseas on my fingertips. Isn't that great? The best app you can use for shopping in China.. I am thrilled.
