Chick-fil-A: Food Order

I don't know why more people don't use this app! The points are great, it's so easy to use and makes the pick up so much quicker. Plus, you receive random free items from managers or other employees from the restaurant you order from straight onto the app to use on your next order. Chicken minis? YES! Chicken sandwich? YES! Sweet treat? YES!

App is pretty easy to use once you get to know where things are. Location utility is nice to find the closest restaurant. Receipt scanner is a little iffy, usually have to manually enter if I forget to scan at the counter.

It won't let me log in unless I reset my password. Once I do manage to log in, it immediately logs me out. I can login without any issues using a browser, so it's definitely a problem with the app. It worked fine for years prior to this.

I have no complaints! The app is awesome! It allows me to order ahead & skip the long lines when I'm in a rush (although Chick-fil-A always does a great job handling the lines). Also, I love the occasional games you can play for rewards & all of the entertainment on the "For You" tab.

The Chick-fil-A at 2299 Augusta Road, West Columbia, SC is the BEST store EVER!!! The store at 4295 Sunset Blvd., Lexington, SC needs to learn from the Augusta Road store (speed, and customer service)!!! The Lexington store isn't bad but could use improvement.
