I enjoy Chair Yoga for seniors. It has a variety of workouts to target a certain area or full body. it groups the exercises from easy, medium etc...It has something for everyone. I love how user friendly the app is and how gentle the movement are since I have a a major car accident and am taking the gentle approach so not to re-injure my back. I feel refreshed after my workout

I'm 70, have had many, MANY surgeries between 2015 and 2025. Back, TKR on both knees. I went from healthy and size 6 to VERY unhealthy, size XXL and depressed! DEEPLY depressed. This is a RAY OF HOPE!! They seem like such small little exercises. But I can already feel stretches and muscles awakening. I've set reminders, and i'm going to keep doing this every day until I can go back to actual yoga! THANK YOU FOR THIS APP!!

I love how straight forward this app turned out to be! The stretches easily stretch out my body in the morning and I miss it when not doing it. But don't think I've skipped very much! Only twice and I must directly credit this short, easy workout for that, too. It's just too easy to simply do the exercises. No brain chatter to skip because it's too hard or unfun really gets purchase. I'm recovering from a partial tendon tear in my ankle/foot and walk between 3k - 8k a day, normally.
