The car buying experience was phenomenal, everyone I dealt with was amazing, attentive with quick return calls and quick answers. However dealing with the financial app, I had to consult customer assistance and had to be walked through the app and it's amazing when you have someone walking you through it, and you realize if you tap on everything you can input anything you need to, you do need a checking account to pay from the app. it's ready to go, thanks to customer service
