I looked at a ton of tracking apps. This is the most complete and easiest to use app for tracking foods, weight, water, sleep etc. It's so easy to use. It includes ways to enter your food with voice or a photo and it's very reasonably priced. Since I installed it and chose the type of food plan that I want to follow, such as standard, keto, GLP-1 etc. it sends me tips and food ideas each day related to the plan I chose. Highly recommend! I love this app β€οΈ
best app I've had in a while. The barcode scanner has everything, the calorie calculator is pretty spot on and I've lost lots of weight. Better than myfitnesspal! As a guy who's concerned about his macros, I love that I can see my protein, carb and fat intake.
Good overall but there are frustrating and QoL things that I would like to see fixed or added. The frustrating part is that when trying to enter a meal, it's difficult to edit the items in the meal. if I choose a meal I had before but had different amounts, I can't change the amount in the meal as it adds another element to the meal as a separate item.
