Changing my update after reusing the app after a long time. The person who added the vibrate settings to the "Breathing Exercises" section is a genius who should be given a raise. Such a simple idea for people who want to meditate in silence, with their eyes closed. But I wish all the exercises in Breathing Exercises had customisable timers. Why can I only do the Energize exercise for 5 minutes at a time?
This has truly helped me so much to learn how to handle my anxiety and stress, if done consistently this can be a wonderful tool in helping you become healthier mentally. I am a believer in Jesus as well, so if your reading this and worried about and new age factors this is "safe". There are very good mindfulness sessions, body scans, and I love the sound scapes!
great app all around to help with your daily mental health and needs. only thing that throws off my work is that if your on a the middle of a program it will not give you last session watched. it will tell you tye program but not session. it's would be helpful for us who are redoing certain courses. But yes five stars
Calm...is the best meditation app that I have found..I love the music and the daily calm talk...it centers me for each day and relaxes me when I get home....I sleep with the music in my headphones every ๐ night ...try it...you'll love it!
insomnia therapy plus this has been amazing. was getting 0 to 3 hours of sleep per night and now slowly making my way to around 4 to 6 per night. it's working. i would LOVE a dream journal along with the gratitude check in, sleep check on, etc. the dream journal will be amazing.
