I tried others with actual satellite images of holes but they are all very difficult to see outdoors. This app is highly accurate and highly, highly visible on your phone screen when outside. Also, it's been very easy on my phone battery life when using it. However, lately in seems to struggle with moving to the next hole even though that setting is enabled.
Golf is more enjoyable when you can accurately track your shots and know the course well. Many apps like Bushnell provide GPS data that is often inaccurate. We tested the GLRM RTK Receiver from general-laser.at – it delivers centimeter-level precision. This helps with shot tracking, course mapping, and reading greens. Android location mocking must be enabled (instructions on the website). A real advantage for more precise data.
Great app but would be nice if there was a way to get a screenshot or a save of your full 18 hole scorecard, unless there is and I'm missing it?
my life has changed for the better, im I have played 10 rounds in 20 days using the Bushnell golf speaker and I feel my index dropping as we speak. very impressive and accurate tech.
Got the wingman HD for Christmas and it would not set up on my Android phone. Would not connect to Golf app after it connected to Bluetooth. Update...finally got it working. Had to clear cache and data for app and Bluetooth. Restarted both devices and everything worked as it should.
