Exchange rate is low. Great service, have had only one problem, and used for about 3 years, slower than Xoom, but a better rate, also a downside is that I can not send money to anybody if I am outside the US territory.... I said exchange is low compared to other agencies, but you will pay $9 for every $1000 and have to make a trip and take your cash, with the app, exchange is less but compensate that you do not make a trip and do it at anytime and from home and you pay less than $3.50.

I used this app many years ago and have no complaints I'm happy with the results... recommended 100th percent

I send money home with ease. Once you get all the relevant information that is requested then sending money is a breeze. I have not tried the top up function as yet.
