Your staff seemed really focused on making me happy at every interaction, and I could really tell that they've been trained to take care of our needs and not just get us off the phone. Thank you for that as well. It reminds me of vintage mid-90s customer service, the glory days of great customer service! Unfortunately, your app... also mid-90's in a few ways, but I'll submit my feedback for that separately. Boost really cleans up nicely, lookin all handsome. Great campaign!

Only been able to pay my bill using a reboost pin 1 time. Not impressed boost. Please fix this or go back to old but faithful system. A customer for more then 12 years. Used to love it now I hate it. Have to jump through hurdles just to pay my . monthly bill. Yeah they fixed. way to go boost.
