Booksy Biz: Business Management

I'm a 1st time user of booking apps, I did pretty good just using my calendar, but since I moved to a new city just over a year ago, It made sense to try it. The 1st 5-6 months were tuff, but once I opened my schedule up and posted my work, I've been getting 1-2 new clients a week. The checkout process could flow a little better, but other than that it has started to take my business to the next level.

I find this booking platform to be the perfect platform for my business needs. If I may make a suggestion, a referral and rewards program for my clients that book through booksy would be even more perfect!!! Otherwise, this platform is still tough to beat. 5 Stars!

Booksy Pro is easy to use. I love the features of checkout, invoicing and revenue summaries. although my business is taxes and not personal care, Booksy provides most of the features I need. Love it!

Booksy is one the leading businesses to book and gain clients. I had some technical experiences when first opening and addressed this with the team. I give 5 stars because of the issue and not only did they address my concern, but they listened to my suggestions for improvement. I just wish I had the extra couple of weeks during the trial period as someone new to the area and industry. Overall, I recommend using Booksy for your clients, you'll love the features they offer!
