Very impressed by the support staff. Fast response and they stand by their product 100%. The app is excellent and no adds. I originally gave this 5 stars, however, after 5 months of working with them the issue was corrected by what appears to be a Samsung update . I updated to the latest beta. Working so far.

very user friendly, you can diagnose your car in a few easy steps. Sometimes there is no fix in the database, but my Kia Niro PHEV is not that common, si it is not the app fault, but you definitely have the diagnosis

Worth every penny I spent. Why chase down problems for hours, when you can plug this in and Boom.... There's the issue.!? Just buy it... don't think about it too much.

this thing works great. never had a connection issue like others that I have had. reads and clears all codes and service notices. so easy to use. not sure if there is an update becuause on my jeep it does not show the oil pressure in the live data and the jeep has no indicator. had to have a service tech read that at the service center. looking to see if there is an update to the app.
