For me, this app is darn near perfect. The individuals using this app, especially the ones new to exercising, just need to understand that it takes time to get where you want to be. So don't look at heart rate and assume you're having a heart attack. Get checked up if you believe that you may be having a medical emergency, but for me, I would just have a panic attack if I see high numbers, not understanding that the readings are high because I am out of shape. So take baby steps.

I've had trouble with high blood pressure for many yrs !! I'm on check list with Telehealth program for couples yrs. now an keeping track of heart , high blood pressure, weight an breathing!!
