Not only is it accurate and easy to use as a calorie counter (for optimal results have some standard sized objects near your plate), it gives you nutrition scores for each meal, recommends improvements, and teaches you how to build healthier eating habits. You will soon learn what to eat for protein, fibre, and what to avoid as it is calorie dense and poor in nutrients. It also reminds you to eat at regular times, and you can finetune and track macros. I ❤️ my 🦝.
I'm gonna write a meaningful review as this app has really helped me. I'm male and struggled to lose weight, I ended up being 98kg, that's nearly 15.5 stone for a long time and couldn't lose anything. I see this app advertised and thought I'd give it a go. In 70 days Im now 87kg (13.7) stone. This is through no additional exercise, maintaining muscle ratio by keeping up with protein. I basically eat what I want....it's true, you eat what you want as long as you keep your calorie deficit ratio.
this AI app is amazing at identify calories and nether nutritional value of foods, they only thing i wish I could do it edit the time of the foods I log as sometimes I forget to log at the time I eat, but other then that its great.
I'm loving the app and ai so far but I really want a way to integrate it with Google fit to track both my calories in and out
im so excited to actually use this to my benefit and along with working out. as a child i used to think losing weight meant not eating at all, and i just overcame my disorder, but now that im in such a dark headspace i started to overeat to make me feel better, and i want to change. this app is completely comfortable and i can eat my foods and still feel better about myself.
