BeReal: Photo Sharing

Updating my review because issues have been fixed! I love BeReal so much, I've been using it daily for years! It's so cool to see what your friends are up to in real time as well as sharing my own life. It's a really vulnerable experience. I can't recommend it enough. I love so much the new monthly recap feature. It is amazing to rewatch the memories as they are still kinda fresh. Anyway thanks for making this app possible!

I love this app it allows you to stay updated with friends and to see how they're doing and it is such a fun experience! although sometimes it can be slow and have bugs. But they usually go away in a week or so. I really like BeReal and I would definitely recommend it to people who like taking selfies and keeping up with friends

I originally gave this app a pretty negative review citing glitchyness and frustrating adds that played sound out loud but since my initial post these things have been fixed! I'm a big fan of BeReal now and I feel like it's starting to become the app I hoped it would be; minimal distraction, just close friends, and public content that is easy to avoid so I can keep things simple.

I love that it encourages sharing your real life instead of a curated highlight reel. I like that it shows you a personal monthly recap. I don't like that photos disappear the next day. I wish the history of all my posts/photos could be seen by my friends when they visit my profile. I don't understand the point of making the photos ephemeral. I wish I could write a longer caption/description for photos. I don't know how many characters it caps at, but it's quite low.

Super good love this. And I like how you can message people on it as well. I love how you cab add the music you're listening to, but for people who dont use Spotify, i think would love to have added other music platforms.
