Amtrak: Train Travel

It is easy to use and very convenient. You can book, cancel, and see all your upcoming and current reservations. You can check for status updates on your train and it has up to the minute departure and delay times. Plus you can earn rewards points. Takes a long time to rack them up but it's whatever. Just happy for the other features.

The Amtrak app is faster than using the Amtrak website for booking, reservation changes, status, station information, and for linking to my Amtrak Guest Rewards account. When booking, it doesn't list all possible itineraries so sometimes I need to call an agent if I want to plan a route that the app doesn't offer. Usually, the app itineraries are acceptable. Booking with the app automatically fills in my personal details and Guest Rewards number. Payment is simple using this app.

Makes purchasing tickets super easy. I don't Always get updates on delays, probably about 60% of the time I do. The format is great, clear and no frills. Downloading this app has simplified my travel planning and made life easier. I also love the loyalty program and that I can use my points to help pay for my tickets. if you use Amtrak, you Must have this app.

The latest version of the app is terrific: fast, clear and convenient. Changing tickets is remarkably easy. yay Amtrak!
