I know the idea of meeting people worldwide and exchange languages sounds very interesting and can be educational, and I really was hoping to talk with people but the app is just very glitchy that it is impossible for me to chat with people. First, when I send a message to someone I don’t know if they can see my message, but when I first text them and then they reply I can’t see their message. Unless I’m missing something in my account but I don’t think so. Second, I tried asking help and they answered me but I hustled can’t send proof of what’s happening to me. It doesn’t allow me to send the proof or anything. I tried paying their subscription because I thought “Maybe I have to pay to see others’ messages” it sounds stupid but that’s what I thought, so I paid for it and still nothing. Basically I just wasted my time and $12.99 dollars. I’m not encouraging other people to not download it, but I just find it confusing and very disappointing that it didn’t work as expected. I absolutely love this, it looks fun, you can make friends, you can learn a language(I’m an American learning Persian also HelloTalk if you reply pls don’t put your text in person), and you can date for some reason. But I really love it it’s so amazing! I’m learning Persian because I really want to go to Iran! But there is something I want to return… and that is the learn tab I mean.. it’s on the HelloTalk tab but it should be its own tab so people don’t have to look for everything.
